Company history

Sachverständigenbüro Ditt Wicht Partner is located in the heart of Mainz and is one of the German valuation companies with an international profile. We have over 25 years’ experience under our collective belt and are ideally positioned to provide you with comprehensive and independent expert advice.

Our bureau is a registered partnership company managed by Uwe Ditt and Stefan Wicht. Both partners are publicly appointed and sworn in by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Rhine-Hesse, Mainz, for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties.

Team

Our team are our most valuable resource. With backgrounds in a wide cross-section of disciplines – e.g. geodesy, business administration, economics, architecture – they offer a wealth of interdisciplinary expertise and qualifications. As well as providing external training opportunities, we attach great importance to developing in-house talent. Three of our current team of experts are publicly appointed and sworn in, and others also have HypZert and personal certification.
