Company history

The valuation office Ditt Wicht and Partner is located in the heart of Mainz and is one of the German valuation companies with an international profile. We can draw on over 30 years of experience and provide you with comprehensive, competent and independent advice.

The valuation office was run by Mr. Uwe Ditt and Mr. Stefan Wicht as a partnership company under the name Ditt Wicht Partner until mid-2025. On July 1, 2025, Mr. Felix Augustini and Mr. Jörg-Marten Gerdau joined as new partners, and Ditt Wicht Partner became Ditt Wicht und Partner. The expansion of the partnership reinforces our commitment to continuing to provide our clients with the highest level of professional service.

All partners are publicly appointed and sworn in for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties. Mr. Felix Augustini is also a HypZert and member of RICS.

Team

Our most valuable resource is our individual staff members who come from a wide variety of disciplines (e.g. geodesy, business administration, economics, architecture) and thus represent a broad interdisciplinary base with different qualification characteristics. In addition to external training, we promote in-house talent development. Currently, four experts have been publicly appointed and sworn in; Hyp-Zert and other personal certification corresponding to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 are also part of the staff profile.
